Choral Speaking Competition at the English Language Carnival 2012

What is choral speaking?


The reading or reciting of a text by a group. Preparation for a performance may involve interpretation of the text;experimentation with language,rhythm,volume,pace and different numbers of voices and rehearsal . We participated in the choral speaking competition which was held on the  4th of April 2012 at SMK Dato' Undang Hj. Adnan, Kota (DUHA).  Our topic was  'School Life'. We were the runner up for this competition and our girls were so delighted. We also won the 'best conductor award' . The third picture below  is our very commited conductor who did a great job conducting the choral speaking. We are proud of the effort and commitment showed by the girls.
